 I can't see one.

 Doug, this file appears to have vanished from your website; is this
intentional?

 I might still have a copy of the file lying around somewhere (but the
machine with the HHKB is currently not working, so I can't trivially
find it), but obviously if there is a reason for it being removed then
we should find out why first :-).
