Re: [Design-devel] prepare website for the Debian 13 trixie release: homepage banner (proposal)

Yes, if you are looking for the most up-to-date versions of my ceratopsian banners, my repo is the source. The mock-ups were truly mock-ups. For example, some mock-ups used the font's regular "i" in "debian" rather than the custom one in the logo.

But to state the obvious: you don't have to use my final version. The palettes are in there in case folks want to make something different.

Hi Elise and all,

I think we can recommend everyone to use your repo [1] as the canonical source for the ceratopsian artwork since you've made several improvements there after your submission in the Debian wiki.

For example the new iteration has a more readable color for the banners texts than the initial blue on blue.

Hi all,

Please let me know if I can help!

If you're looking for the ceratopsian palette, I dropped the main palette (plus some tints that I used for text and highlights) in my github. There's also a separate banners folder with some options if you're interested.

I have attached a screenshot.
Feel free to use it, if you like it.

I have intentionally used another installer screen for the screenshot, to
show another view from the installer this time - even if that means, that you
will not see a "Debian 13" writing on it.

As written above: feel free to use it - or not, if you think it's a bad idea.

So long
