Please, use $(HOME) (or $(DEVEL) and $(DOC)) instead of hardcoded URLs.
That doesn’t seem documented, but you’ll find many example of how to use
them in the sources.

While you’re at it, can you please change those ugly quotes into proper
<q> tags[0]?
