If you look at http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/de
and search for "rtpg", you see
a) The line has no colored background
b) The score is formated oddly (no semicolons and no u, i.e. (0t0f3)
instead of the expected (0t;0f;3u))

I think grey would be less confusing to make it clear it's not the same
as “outdated in the archive”.

The change will be available online in a few hours.
