mirror.ac.uk changed providers, causing much unamusement. The old service is
still available at www.mirrorservice.org. Specifically, the debian-cd mirror
can be found at ftp://ftp.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.debian.org/debian-cd/
In the majority of cases, a simple s/mirror.ac.uk/mirrorservice.org/g
appears to yield working links.
