As far as I know, I didn’t send mail
to that address. I sent that particular message…I thought… to a
company that prepares CAD drawings…in order to inquire about their
services. Did their web site
accidentally put my message onto this particular mailing list…..I don’t
know.... I know nothing of internet mailing lists, especially one about
software installer packages.
If you are able to, would you be so kind
as to delete my message from the list? I will be most grateful.

Sorry, there could not have been any expectation of confidentiality at that
address, since it is a public mailing list. If you would like to send secret
messages, it is necessary to make an agreement with the person to whom you are
sending them beforehand, and it's also essential that you know who you are
sending to.
The list in question is for discussions of a software package installer. Your
question was not germane to the list and you obviously had no business sending
mail to that address.
