The links on the homepage of Debian to the "Debian Archive Automatic Signing
Key"  still refer to the old key instead of the new key
http://ftp-master.debian.org/ziyi_key_2004.asc.

I also have not read anything about the new key in the debian weekly news
but the Release files are already signed with it.
