Bug#231852: www.debian.org: Woody i386 release notes are actually for s390

Looks like <http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/release-notes/i386/>
actually contains release notes for S/390 instead of Intel x86 as one
would expect.

I have inspected the following files:

  release-notes.da.txt
  release-notes.en.pdf
  release-notes.en.txt
  release-notes.es.txt
  release-notes/index.html

... and at least all of these sampled documents were the wrong version.
