This is "free bear".  Translation shall be:

Touroku wo suru koto de, tesuto doraibu netto wa-ku no kakushu shisutemu
ni roguin dekiru you ni nari, sokode hashitte iru sofuto uea- ya
opere-tingu shisutemu wo tameseru mushou no sheru akaunto ga erare masu.

(Of course use Japanese character fr the final version, pls.)
