Hi Minh :)

There are many ways to help Debian, some of them non-technical.

http://www.debian.org/intro/help

As you've already helped Debian with Vietnamese translations
(thanks!), that would be a great place to start. Translators can work
on the website, wiki, package descriptions, package configuration
questions, software interfaces and more. Some links:

https://www.debian.org/international/
https://lists.debian.org/debian-i18n/
https://lists.debian.org/debian-l10n-vietnamese/

Hopefully someone will respond to your mail to debian-l10n-vietnamese soon.

There is also a fairly inactive list for Vietnamese speakers who use Debian:

https://lists.debian.org/debian-user-vietnamese/

If you can give us some information about your other skills, we can
recommend other areas your help would be useful in. Here are some
ideas I had without knowing your other skills:

If you are feeling creative, you could work on artwork Debian people
have requested or work on a theme for Debian 9 (stretch):

https://wiki.debian.org/DebianArt/Themes

The Debian publicity team can always use some help promoting Debian:

You could come to Germany for DebConf15 or South Africa for DebConf16
and volunteer during the conference. There are various teams that need
people during the conference; front-desk, video, talkmeister, setup,
cheese & wine party etc. If you want to come, registration for
DebConf15 is open now and attendees must register by 29 March 2015 in
order to get sponsored food, accommodation and or travel. I think
being a volunteer is enough to get sponsored food/accommodation, not
sure about travel.

You could help organise mini-DebConf in Vietnam. Here is an example of
a recent one in India:

https://wiki.debian.org/DebianIndia/MiniDebConf2015/Mumbai
http://www.braincells.com/debian/index.cgi/search/item=295

You could start preparing a bid to bring DebConf to Vietnam for 2017 or 2018:

https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf17
https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf18

You could install Debian on a computer or use the Debian live CD and
make some screenshots of software available in Debian and upload them
to the screenshots website.

https://screenshots.debian.net/

You could help tag all the software available in Debian to make it
easier for people to find the software they need.

http://debtags.debian.net/

Debian has many ideas but not enough people to work on them all. You
could come up with some new ones or work on existing ones.
