SCALE Women in Open Source Conference Deadline Fast Approaching!
Happy Holidays everyone!
The 7th Annual Southern California Linux Expo is shaping up to be a
great show, the best one so far! Until December 31st, 2008, we are
accepting proposals for the Women in Open Source mini conference, which
will be taking place on Friday the 20th of February prior to SCALE. If
you're looking for a way to encourage other women to get involved in
exciting world of Free & Open Source software, this is the spot to do it!
Past attendees at this event have included women in technology,
teachers, and parents of young girls. As a woman, if you're involved in
the Free and Open Source community, please join us and share your
experiences.
