What wiki do they use? Having finally achieved full Unicode support
for pmwiki, and having also translated its interface into my
language, I'm not that keen to start over with another wiki...
http://wiki.debian.net is KWiki (http://www.kwiki.org/) while
wiki.debian.org is not (yet) existing.
Kwiki has some i18n-support that seems so use po files. As far as I
understand you have to make links for the languages available to the
translated pages. When I look into the source code of a page at
kwiki.org, I see no language code in the pages.
KWiki is perl, while PMWiki is PHP. To see, if it is easy to enhancde
KWiki to have things like the quick editing help beside the editor
window and other things PmWiki has build in, it would need to look
into the KWiki Code.
If you want to compare to a mostly standard monolingual setup of
PmWiki, you might have a look at http://la-sorciere.de, where PmWiki
is installed, too.
