I really like the Wiki feature which gives you a tooltip explaining
acronyms. How difficult would it be to implement something like
that on the main D-W site? Different software, I know...
I have already prepared a WML file [1] for the main Debian pages, but
not yet tested.
here an example:
<define-tag acronym_DAM><acronym lang="en" title="Debian Account
Manager">DAM</acronym></define-tag>
If <acronym_DAM/> is inserted in the wml file for a page, That means
the Acronym and tooltip will be available inside the html page after
build.
Just typing <acronym_DAM/> is much shorter that the full text for
the acronym tag. But as said before: not yet tested, if that is
usable in practice.
