Normally there is a link for editing the sidebar. But as I have seen
for the German page, it is not working any longer.
I think, it would be a good idea not to change too much, if we want
to go to pmwiki 2.
In Gerneral translations of strings are done in XLPage (delivered
with PMWiki and should not be changed) and XLPageLocal (eg in PmWikiDe).
The SideBar should be SideBar. I corrected the edit-Link for German
lanugage now and lo in to see, why the vietnamese pages don't have
the normal sidebar.
