Violating privacy of $USER ?
I am admin of seveal Servers and have access to more the 14.000
$HOME directories and never touched one of this, except someone
had ask me PERSONALY to repair or help to configure something.
ROOT $USERS, which look in users $HOME should be killed.
IMHO !
