I think it's best to contact debian-doc@l.d.o and ask if and where the
documents should be included on www.d.o/doc (Policy, DevRef and NM Guide
reside there) and how to achieve this inclusion. If there are documents
that won't be included at www.d.o/doc then I would contact
debian-www@l.d.o.

Note: most of the documents are also in a package, so one can also
consult the docs offline ...
