Um, as you quote below, the fortunes were reviewed by hand (several of
them were even translated into English for the benefit of us who don't
speak Spanish), after grepping.  I think that the method used was
entirely appropriate to the situation.

Yes, it is.  That is probably why Javier brought up the issue here.
Many people on this list are concerned by such issues, and we have a
large number of Spanish speakers involved in the Debian Women project.
So this problem is important to us.  Thanks for beginning to help to fix
it :)
