It's quite hard to answer those questions with a
multiple choice survey, but i'll try the best i can:

I'd choose c). Of course the rest are reasonable too.
I'd like to get more knowledge on Debian, but I guess
the most important part for me is seeing Debian not
just as some remote quite big organisation, but to see
them as human beings with whom you can talk,
cooperate, learn and maybe teach, and who knows, maybe
also becoming part of it.

I choose b), but not only on IRC, but also asking
people directly in the mailing list. Of course these
questions can involve c) answers, like telling you
where to find the information. Tutorials and, even
better, study groups, can be interesting too. Don't
forget the web page.

I choose b), maybe including in that answer also the
mailing list and c). The best help I think I'm getting
is getting confident in myself, seeing Debian not as
just one big organization but the people inside it.
Knowing that you can do things. The web page is also
important.

I'd love c), it would be great!, but right now I think
discussions both in the mailing list and the IRC
channel are really nice :)

I don't see that great difference between IRC and the
mailing lists. Both have the same purpose, just that
the list is more appropriate for ellaborated answers
and establishing communication between people who
cannot be connected and the same time, and the IRC
channel is better for social relationships and
immediate answers. The wiki and the web page are great
for more permanent information.
