Just from reading it seems you followed my hint to use d/*.manpages
which is easier to read (and saver since dh_installmans does some sanity
checks). Regarding the additional Build-Depends and tools: I simply
trust you here.
Feel free to push and tell me if you consider the package ready for
uploading.
