Bug#1084987: Could someone of the s390 porters have a look at s390-tools

Hi Andreas,

I managed to package and run autopkgtest on the latest s390-tools master branch available in salsa.
I used gbp buildpackage for building the package. I hope that is the way to go. Also ran an sbuild.
I had to add the following packages as build dependencies to the control file:

libnl-3-dev, libnl-genl-3-dev, libnl-route-3-dev

Also I had to add the following lines to debian/s390-tools.install :

/usr/sbin/opticsmon
/usr/sbin/zmemtopo
/usr/lib/libekmfweb.so.1.1
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/chcpumf.bash
