Hi, no worries! Nicolas did a most off the work anyway, I just created 
the rough packaging and uploaded it to NEW. FWIW I added you as 
uploader, so feel free to push future uploads once it's accepted.

We opted to maintain it at the electronics team, since the existing 
arduino-builder command also lives there.
