Description : Please package kapow as replacement of charmtimetracker

Long description:
Kapow is a punch clock program designed to easily keep track of your hours,
whether you're working on one project or many. Simply clock in and out with
the Start/Stop button. If you make a mistake in your hours, you can go back
and edit any of the entries by double-clicking on the session in question.
Kapow also allows you to easily keep track of the hours since you last
billed a client, by providing a helpful "Billed" checkbox--the totals will
reflect your work after the last billed session.

Relevant information:

I was using the package charmtimetracker for tracking my busy time and help to
make de bills. But for now charm is not in the debian stable repository.
tracker.debian.org have not info about what is now a good replacement for
charm...

I was searching the web for a replacement and find that kapow is a good one. Is
made with the same window toolkit as charm, Qt. And have a similar use case and
workflow. I am using it now, installing the deb package that is in the project
website, and is working well.

The project have too an github page: https://github.com/gottcode/kapow

The project owner is the same as the Xfce whisker menu, but the toolkit is in
qt, it is not a xfce app. But it works in any DE or WM without problem. I am
using it in a Icewm desktop...

I am not a programmer, and cant maintain this program. But I can use it and
made test if it is useful.

I make this bug report using the good reportbug app, and answering the
questions that are in this app. Many thanks for all the good work. Greetings.
