This package will supersede the src:python-lia.

Upstream did decide to rename the origin of src:pythion-lia (lia-web) to
cross-web.

The build bin package python3-lia from src:python-lia is a binary
dependency for strawberry-graphql
(https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/strawberry-graphql).
up to upstream version 0.287.3
Since version 0.287.4 upstream is depending on cross-web and thus I
started this ITP here to be able updating strawberry-graphql to newer
versions.

While writing strawberry-graphql is the only depending package for
python3-lia, once python-cross-web is within the archive I intend to
file a ROM issue against python-lia to remove the package from the
archive.
