Hi!

I created https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/sphinx-lint

I can build the `.deb` locally and install it, lintian seems happy.

But that's the first time I package for Debian since 2010, so I'm like a newcomer, it'll need good proofreading.

What are the next steps?
