TUI for managing bluetooth devices via bluez on Linux.

This looks a lot more comfortable then bluetoothctl for managing 
bluetooth devices in the terminal and I think Debian users might benefit 
from this tool.
Maybe the rust team is interested in maintaining it. I won't maintain it 
myself as I know nothing about the rust eco system.
