Hello,

I would like to adopt the fspy package, which is currently orphaned.

I have prepared several fixes and submitted them as a merge request on Salsa:
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/fspy/-/merge_requests

The merge request addresses build and packaging issues, and updates the
package for current Debian standards. I plan to maintain fspy going forward
in accordance with Debian policy.

Please consider this my Intent To Adopt (ITA) for fspy.
