Description : Low memory killer daemon

LMKD is a userland low memory killer daemon ported from Android, it uses
pressure stall information (PSI) from the kernel to kill least essential
processes and prevents total deadlock. LMKD is ported by Bardia Moshiri for
Droidian phones but it can also be useful for desktop systems with limited
memory. It's simpler to configure than oomd and more lightweight.
