I intend to orphan the ipp-crypto package due to a career change and
potential conflicts of interest in continuing to maintain this package.

The package description is:
 This package contains the development libraries and headers of the
 Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives Cryptography Multi-buffer
 algorithms. The library consists of highly-optimized kernels taking
 advantage of Intel’s multi-buffer processing and Intel® AVX-512
 instruction set.
