 flask-restful-swagger is a wrapper for flask-restful
 which enables swagger support. In essense, you just need
 to wrap the Api instance and add a few python decorators
 to get full swagger support.

Upstream seems to be no longer working on this software and it depends on jinja2<3.0.0, which is no longer in Debian. I am afraid this software is not suitable for Debian anymore, thus closing this bug.
