Hi,

These are Python binding for already packaged liblzf1.

This library will be used to send pixels bitmaps
to Luminator/Lawo/Madico bus signs, but could
be used by anything else requiring this compression scheme.

The upstream project is archived on GitHub,
so I know I'm becoming a de-facto upstream,
but that's fine.

I will maintain this inside the Python Team.
