Hi Carl,

Thanks! The correct URL is https://github.com/goolord/alpha-nvim. Search
and replace betrayed me on this one.

The main advantage of packaging these plugins in Debian is to take some
of the maintenance burden off users.

Many Neovim plugins don’t have formal releases, so it’s not always
obvious when it’s safe to upgrade. Sometimes a needed fix appears
alongside new features that require a newer Neovim version than what
Debian provides.

By packaging them, I can ensure they’re tested and guaranteed to work
with the Neovim version shipped in Debian. That way, users get stable,
compatible updates without having to track upstream changes themselves.

I’m already doing this work whenever I have to update the plugins or
Neovim itself, so adding them to Debian just formalizes the process and
makes the benefits available to everyone.
