Bug#1108419: RFP: alpaca -- An Ollama client made with GTK4 and Adwaita

I'm one of the contributors to this project upstream but due to the limited amount of time that I have and Alpaca needing quite a lot of dependencies that need to be packaged, I'm dropping this ITP. This package is up for takers.

Here are the required dependencies for this package (some of them are already in debian, while some need to be packaged)

• Python Pillow
• Youtube-Transcript-API (python library)
• ODFpy (python library)
• PyICU (python library)
• Openai (python lib)
• MarkItDown (python lib)
• DuckDuckGo-search (python lib)
• LibSpelling (by GNOME)
