A Geany plugin that supports the following EditorConfig properties:
   * indent_style
   * indent_size
   * tab_width
   * end_of_line
   * insert_final_newline
   * root (only used by EditorConfig core)

The proposed "Version" follows the latest git tag and the version
number of the existing Gentoo package [^1].
