I've put the wrong upstream URL into the template, the correct URL for 
this project here is:

> https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/youtube

The local packaging (means debian/control) were prepared correctly. :-)

There was also the ITP for sphinxcontrib-video 
(https://bugs.debian.org/1109020) which is about -video.
