According to [1] this software was developed for scilab 5.4.x.
According to [2] there have been changes to Scilab so that code written
for Scilab 5.x has to be adapted for at least Scilab 6.0. As the current
version of Scilab is even 2025.1.0 and upstream abandoned this software, I
don't think it is still suitable for Debian. So I am closing this RFP
again.
