The rssguard package was effectively orphaned when Norbert Preining was cancelled.  It needs to made official to raise attention.

The package description is:
 RSS Guard is simple, light and easy-to-use RSS/ATOM feed aggregator
 developed using Qt framework which supports online feed synchronization
