Hi Sunil,

I suggest you hand in a fix for #1094450 and offer to maintain libjs-jsxc
and ruby-rails-assets-jquery.slimscroll. They are both team-maintained,
so it should be easy to get to maintain them.

I have uploaded a stand alone libjs-jsxc to NEW. Once this is accepted,we can continue with removal of ruby-rails-assets-jquery.slimscroll
