Bees is a userspace daemon for deduplicaiton on BTRFS filesystems.
It is designed to scale to large BTRFS filesystems

- why is this package useful/relevant?
BTRFS is a filesystem that is known and widely used.
Lots of BTRFS filesystem can benefis from deduplicaiton and 
Bees solves that problem by running in the background.

- how do you plan to maintain it?
I don't (lack of skill). This is a request for package.
