Bug#1064457: ITP: composefs -- file system for mounting container images

I have now managed to squash all remaining lintian errors and warnings, uploaded
1.0.8-8 to mentors.debian.org and pushed to Salsa, waited for the Salsa CI to
turn green, and opened a sponsorship request at #1100914.
