The v1.4.x release family is stable, no API changes are made in the patch releases.

API changes go into the future v1.5 release, which then can be installed in parallel based on the library SONAME.

No updates to the debian build scripts where required to pull it up to v1.4.11.

Except the version number in the /debian/changelog file...

Let's hope the sponsor from Debian team could have a look and we get a
chance to have the (updated) package in the coming stable.
