These are separate upstream repositories, so they should to be separate source packages. They both have an open RFS.

My particular interest in fonts-adobe-sourcesans3 is that it is used by the electrum package which I also maintain. I probably will not package any of the other Adobe fonts, but I would encourage anyone else with an interest in them to do so.
The OFL license with reserved name is a bit tricky to package, but it can be done in a way that allows inclusion in main. Anyone working on these is welcome to see how I handled it for fonts-adobe-sourcesans3.
