sigv4 provides an http.RoundTripper that will sign requests using Amazon
Web Service's (AWS) Signature Version 4, using credentials from the
default AWS credential chain.

This previously existed as part of github.com/prometheus/common, but has
recently been split out to its own repo. Packages which depend on this
include prometheus and prometheus-alertmanager (and possibly others). I
will co-maintain this package as a member of the Debian Go Packaging
Team.
