Bug#1091634: ITP: apt-eatmydata -- Disable fsync and friends for APT's dpkg calls

Just discovered this package when it entered experimental, and wanted
to make sure it is mentioned here that Debian Edu have been using
eatmydata with Debian installer for many years, see
<URL: https://salsa.debian.org/debian-edu/debian-edu-install/-/blob/master/tools/edu-eatmydata-install?ref_type=heads >

for the installation setup. The idea to make it trivial to enable
eatmydata in d-i using a udeb was discussed in
<URL: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=765527 >
and is currently available using the eatmydata-udeb package since
before oldstable. As far as I know it is not enabled by default by
d-i.
