This is a dependency of python-sphinxcontrib.django (RFP: #1061436),
which in turn is a dependency for the new upstream release of
python-django-registration.

I'm opening this as an RFP rather than an ITP because I'm not sure I
want to commit to maintaining it until I've found out more about its
status, especially considering
