Thanks for your plans on pacaging this - it looks relevant for Debian!
Please beware that long description field should be self-contained, not
treated as a continuation of the synopsis (i.e. the one-line desription)
and here after reading the long description I am still clueless what is
the purpose of the package.
Also, the one-line description looks rather long to me, and having a
comma in there smells of "too verbosely expressed" to me.
It looks more sensible to include the current one-line description as
the first sentence, and invent a more compact synopsis.
