pdf2image is an open-source Python library that converts PDF files into images using the Poppler library. It provides a simple interface to extract images as PIL objects or file paths, allowing for seamless integration into document processing and analysis
workflows.
This package is designed for developers and researchers working with PDFs who require an efficient way to extract visual content. `pdf2image` itself is not yet packaged in Debian. Including this library would simplify and enhance document processing capabilities
within the Debian ecosystem.
