Proposal to package this project for the last version 0.4.7 (July 2024).

There is already a Debian "V Packaging Team" and a repository (no activity for 2

There is also a specific repository from the Vlang project to create a Debian
package (no activity for 4 years...) => https://github.com/vlang/v-debian/
