It contains the following tools:

    an installer which is launched when you open .deb files
    an installer which is launched when you request an apt://pkgname URL

Captain replaces gdebi (which wasn't actively maintained upstream)
and apturl (which wasn't actively maintained and was specific to Ubuntu).


I would like it to be included in Debian 13 but I'm afraid I don't
have enough time to manage other packages properly so I'll try to
open this one in the hope that someone else is interested.
