Sorry I believed you would see on IRC/matrix that I was finalising the MR on

And as deltaone merged it to experimental, I believed it would answer this bug as resolved... but obviously not :(

Sorry for the miscommunication, that made you do the duplicated work you wanted to avoid!

Hi Vincent: I have uploaded my work so far to https://salsa.debian.org/wchichih/marknote. Status of packaging: 1. Valid deb package that marknote runs without problem. 2. No Error with lintian. 3. Not confirm that 100% conform Debian policy. Feel free to review or use anything in the repo under debian folder to avoid duplicate work.
