The Stateless OpenPGP Command-Line Interface Verification-only Subset
(or `sopv`) is a simple, standard interface for verifying OpenPGP
cryptographic signatures.

This package provides an implementation of `sopv` backed by the
minimal, verification-only `gpgv` tool from g10code.
